Located within HAMEAU DE MONTPLAISIR, near Béziers (34), Le Merlot house has modern comfort combined with authentic charm.

With a covered terrace, it can accommodate 2 to 6 persons off season. During the months of July and August, it is paired with terraced house, la Syrah. The package (Le Carignan) can thus accommodate 12 persons.

Characteristics:

• Fully equipped American kitchen
• 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
• 1 two-beds room with washbasin
• 1 two-beds room
• 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet)

All the modern comforts await you: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo.

Terrace with table and teak chairs

Bed linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths...) and is changed every Saturday.

A first shared pool with the Chardonnay and Sauvignon houses, 10 months of the year. On the other hand, the second pool is private in the months of July and August (Carignan).
