With its 244 m², le Carignan offers the necessary space and comfort to accommodate a large family or a group. It is among the cottages of HAMEAU DE MONTPLAISIR, near Béziers (34).

The house can accommodate up to 12 persons. It is linked directly to the two houses, Merlot and Syrah, thanks to the opening doors of communication.

First floor :

• 1 living room
• 1 dining room
• 2 kitchens
• 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet)
• 1 two-beds room with washbasin
• 1 two-beds room
• 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet)

Second floor :

• 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet)
• 2 two-beds room with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet)

All the modern comforts await you: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo.
Bed linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths...) and is changed every Saturday.

In addition, it has a private pool (12m x 6m).
